Checkdisk is the not only leading Autobot expert in informatic archeologist but also one of Cybertron's greatest web divers. Checkdisk's personal library of Autobot and Decepticon historical records is jokingly referred to among peers as Underbase 2.0, something Checkdisk takes as a compliment of the highest order. Despite his preference toward research for its own sake, Checkdisk realizes that his archive can be a powerful weapon in its own right in the Autobot's war against the Decepticons. As such, he rigorously maintains an open, secure protocol to help junior informaticists find solutions to modern problems from historical sources.
